Miles&Smiles members may redeem their miles for on-line upgrades on flights operated by the participating Star Alliance carriers as well as by Turkish Airlines either for themselves or any other persons without the necessity of traveling together.
You can have your paid and confirmed ticket upgraded no later than 24 hours prior to departure.
Star Alliance Upgrade Award can be applied only on certain applicable fares.
You are required to have a paid ticket that must be issued on the booking classes Y or B to upgrade from Economy Class to Business Class on Turkish Airlines flights.
