According to flight time, for the short haul flights we generally serve Cold Meal or Cold Breakfast Service, for the middle and long haul flights of the main course you can look forward to two (for breakfast) or three (for meal) choices of "International Cuisine" exclusively prepared for Turkish Airlines. Special taste sensations… Multi-coloured Mediterranean salad, delicious French food, Viennese schnitzel, Italian pasta dishes…

For the flights which departs from Mumbai and Delhi routes we serve 60 % western type, 50 % hindu type hot choices in BC breakfast services. For the BC hot meal services  of same routes we serve 50% main meal 1 +  30%  main meal 2 +  30% hindu type  hot meal are served (Total three choices of hot meals). It is also possible to request for Hindu meal as special meal during the reservation 24 hours before the departure time of your flight.

Extended Range Business Class Passengers

We completed to begin applying new concept ER “Extented Route” upgraded services for BKK,HKG, ICN, JFK, JNB-CPT, KIX, NRT, ORD, PEK – PVG, SIN destinations between 15.07.2007 and 01.06.2008.

Champagne, Orange Juice and special mixture of champagne and fruit juice with fruit stick which is called as aperomix cocktail are served as “Welcome Drink” choices. Hot towels are also handed out for BC passengers.

After  distribution  of the menu cards with our passengers names, our service begins with their selections.





Later we serve soup.















We serve with 7 types of antipasto or 2 types of hors d`oeuvre for selection with side dishes which may vary according to departure time of the flights.

For the main course our passengers has three alternatives of hot meals including Turkish Cuisine. Our hot meal plates are decorated according to specific standarts and photographs by our trained cabin crews.
Choice of Cheese, Fruit and delicious hot/cold/Turkish desserts are also presented.
