Domestic Lines CIP Lounge (ISTANBUL)

Business Class passengers, (MILES&SMILES) Classic Plus, Elite, Elite Plus Card members would be able to have our CIP service.

CIP Lounge, which is located between domestic and international terminals, has its own entrance for the passengers. Our service is just for the passengers departing from İstanbul. In the entrance of the lounge, we have security staff, two x-ray machines and also closed circuit camera system. İn addition,165 passengers capacity is available in our smoking and non smoking lounges.

Our lounge is open at 05:00 am until 01:00 am.

The facilities are;

• Restroom for disabled
• Restrooms
• Baby changing station
• Mescid
• Shower
• Unlimited catering , (refreshments, soft drinks -non alcolic beverages, croissant, sandwiches,biscuits, pie, dried nuts, and two kind of soup until 11.00 am.)

• İnternet access (WLAN)
• Cable TV, music system
• Fax
• Screens for departing flights information

Special Services for CIP Passengers

• Check-in counters
• Ticket sales office ( to change reservation and by ticket)
• Priority on seat selection
• Special baggage tags and separate / special baggage loading
• Business Class passengers are invited to board the aircraft after all economy class passengers are settled. Passengers are accompained with our staff to the aircraft by bus.
