Incapacitated passengers are required to supply a report from the airport or from their medical doctor declaring that "there are no medical objections for them to travel on an aircraft. "This report must not be dated more than 10 days prior to the flight date. Passengers who need special care during the flight should travel with an escort. Medical clearance is not required for physically handicapped passengers. These passengers can travel without a companion unless special assistance is required at the airport or during embarkation and/or disembarkation.
