Hydraulic and Mechanical Shops

The Hydraulic and Mechanical Shop consists of five separate sections, which are Hydraulic, Mechanical, Pneumatic, Landing Gear and Wheels and Brakes Unit Shops.
Basically components of almost all types of aircraft within THY’s fleet are repaired, overhauled and tested according to related CMM and OHM in accordance with FAA and JAR.

Hydraulic Shop: Engine Driven Hydraulic Pumps, Electrically Driven Hydraulic Pumps, Actuators, Servo Valves, Toilet Pumps, Accumulators, Telescopic Strut, CSD/IDG(s), Landing Gear Uplocks.
Pneumatic Shop: Starters, Air Cycle Machine, Pneumatic Valve, Torque Motor Valves, Air Chiller, CDU, Toilets, Sensors, Switches and Bulbs.
Landing Gear Shop: B727/737 NLG & MLG, RJ70/RJ100 NLG, MLG, Shock Absorber, A310, NLG & MLG, A340 NLG and all brake units.
