Incapacitated Passengers (INCAD)
Sick passengers are required to supply a report from the airport or from their medical doctor declaring that there are no medical objections for them to travel on an aircraft. This report must not be dated more than 10 days prior to the flight date. It must be written in English or Turkish.
Passengers, who need special care during the flight, should travel with an escort.
Medical clearance is not required for incapacitated passengers. These passengers can travel without a companion unless special assistance is required at the airport, or during embarking/disembarking.
Stretcher requests will be accepted if made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
