How did Turkish Airlines arrive at this point? The answer lies of course in the airline’s history. While Turkish Airlines has on the one hand been offering the best in quality service, it has on the other been expanding its fleet and developing its reputation as a long-range carrier, all the while boosting customer satisfaction. And, while sustaining all these efforts, the airline has also been revamping its infrastructure in order to provide service to airline companies in Turkey and the rest of the world through investments in such areas as training a work force highly skilled in technical maintenance. Already Turkish Technic has successfully completed maintenance services from nose to tail for a number of Turkish and foreign carriers. As part of this process, Turkish Airlines’ technical experts have also signed a comprehensive agreement with Boeing for the complete maintenance of twenty 300/400/500-type Boeing B737s flown by operators in Russia.
