Among the ruins left behind on the summit of Mt Nemrut as the Commagene dynasty was retreating from the stage of history is a tomb which has still not been found: the tomb of Antiochus. What’s more, this tomb has divided the archeological world in two, some claiming it to be more important than the tomb of Tutankhamen, others that it is only of secondary importance.
