Are you following the agenda carefully for the illustrations you are working on?
Of course, a graphic artist should constantly follow current events, and also must always produce according to the people’s understanding. While following this agenda, the artist must pay attention not only to trends but also to the colours that are preferred, purchasing power and current tastes.

Which were the points that had helped you to be known as an international artist?
After I won an award in the Aydin Dogan Caricature Competition, I had the chance to meet some of the foreign jury members. I met Mordillo there. They said my work was different. With the encouragement I received from them, I made a decision that I would expand worldwide.
