INTRODUCTION
2000 / SEPTEMBER

Turkish Airlines is launching its non-stop flights by B737-800s to these fascinating historic cities. As of 18 September we will be flying to Prague every Monday, Thursday and Sunday, and as of 2 October to Warsaw every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Prague is one of the rare cities to have largely conserved its historic texture. Gilded spires, ornate bridges decorated with statues, historic churches and synagogues, street cafÄs where it is a pleasure to sit on sunny summer days, musicians on almost every street corner, and handmade puppets which have become almost a symbol of the city, await its visitors.

Warsaw is a lively city whose streets and squares filled with cheerful crowds by night and day gives a warm welcome to visitors.

Horse-drawn carriages can still be seen on the cobbled streets of the historic Old Town, which is under conservation as part of UNESCO?s World Heritage project, and the ancient mediaeval walls still surround the city. Warsaw is also famous as the birthplace of the celebrated Polish composer Chopin.

We hope that you will be delighted to choose the comfort and safety of Turkish Airlines to these two Historic cities of Europe.
