Quality Trainings
The way of person’s thinking is highly influenced by knowledge and skills given through trainings. Therefore, training has a mission in terms of changing minds and behaviors of people. Continuous self-developing and managing himself and his relations in both private and business life is expected from today’s man.
Our program has two objectives: increasing the individual competency in every aspect of life and providing staff from all tiers of the Turkish Airlines with adequate skill. Beside personal skills, other subjects such as ‘being a team’ and ‘compromise’ are also covered by our trainings. Mutual living, creativity, productivity and other social relations of staff are among others.
We carry out our training program by various methods (in-class, simulation, drama and outdoor) on the basis of interactive learning. Through those methods the participants are expected to convert the knowledge and information gained gathered in the training in to their every day life.
