Commercial and Ground Handling Trainings
At present, under the roof of Commercial and Ground Handling Training Management, , basic and refresher trainings on, Cargo sales, Dangerous goods and regulations, Passenger Service, World Tracer Management, , Ground operation, pasenger fares and ticketing have been given by 18 instructors to;Turkish Airlines’ staff, handling agencies and such companies that have been giving service in Civil Aviation field.
As a result of globalisation in today’s World, rules and regulations have been rapidly chamging in accordance with research and development works. The only way of keeping touch with the sectoral developments for both organisations and individuals is to invest on the people. This is the only way to be followed to catch the information age.
Through this kind of understanding and taking into account the need of well trained and qualified human resourse, our trainings which are planned and improved in accordance with the standarts of international and local authorities in Civil Aviation field, have been conducted by our qualified and experienced instructors.
All our instructors have sector experience in their own subjects.
Before being qualified as an instructor, they must have succesfully completed their required trainings. If necessary, they also get trainings from other organizations which are the leader in their own field like IATA.
After having their certificates , doing necessary observations and if needed completing their on Job trainings, they combine theoretical knowlodge with experience.
Going through all this process, they improve their vision and prepare the training documents by searching all related sources.
All our instructors properly get some seminars on “train the trainer” issues every year.
By this way, they both improve their knowlodge and keep it up to date.
