Free luggage allowance is 20 kg for Economy Class passengers and 30 kg for Business Class passengers. If your luggage exceeds these limits, please contact to nearest Turkish Airlines Sales Office. Furthermore, baggage exceeding 32 kg. will not be accepted in THY flights.
Please note that your cabin baggage shall not exceed 8 kg / 23x40x55 cm.
If you would like to have a baggage other than a handbag with you in the cabin, you should purchase an extra seat for it. In this case, the weight of the extra baggage should not exceed 75 kg, and it must be in suitable size to fit in the seat. If you are a musician, please be assured that musical instruments are not subject to this restriction.

PIECE CONCEPT U.S. & CANADA FLIGHTS Piece concept is transportation type, where number of checked baggage is restricted. This procedure is applied to / from United States of America and Canada.
Passengers, who arrived from a flight which piece concept is applied, have the right to continue his journey according to piece concept procedures. But; - Piece concept is applied for the passengers holding a combine ticket, even the journey starts or ends with a Turkish Airline’s domestic flight. - Piece concept is not applied, if the passengers have different tickets for domestic and international flights.
