Catering Services (Domestic Flights)
Our domestic route Business Class catering services are completely renewed with the new menu and porcelain equipments which are served for our customers taste effective from 06.07.2007. B/C menus are changed every week so that the passenger who travels frequently has a chance to taste different meals.
Our cheerful cabin crew will welcome you on board with your choice of orange juice or sparkling wine.
For the flights between 02:00 am /09:59 am: We serve hot breakfast menus accompanied by butter, jam, a plate consists variety of cheese and olive, plus fruit salad or yoghurt (alternately) and hot breakfast plate.
For the flights between 10:00 am / 16:59 pm and 21:00 pm/ 01:59 am: We serve cold meal menus accompanied by the plates which consists of delicatessen products and food with olive oil. For the flights between 17:00 pm/ 20:59 pm: We serve hot meal service instead of cold meals.
Furthermore delicious desserts, which are selected from Turkish and world kitchens, are served during lunch and dinner hours.
All these meals are served with assortments of warm breads, large variety of alcoholic drinks, soft and hot drinks choices.
Some of the above stated products are loaded alternately according to departure time and date of the flights so all of them would not be available at the same time on the same flight.
Furthermore tray contents are changed according to operational conditions.
