How Can I Print My Boarding Pass From The Web Site?

  • Our online check-in passengers with electronic tickets can print their boarding passes on A4 paper in “.pdf” format via the web site. To download Adobe Acrobat Reader please click here. 
  • Please click here to find out where the Online Boarding Pass is available.
  • If the holder of the credit card through which the ticket has been issued is not one of the passengers, the system is not going to allow the boarding pass to be printed.
  • It is not possible to change seat during Online Check-in if the passenger has already printed his or her boarding pass.
  • Passengers who lose their printed boarding passes are able to re-print them with the same seat number or ask for a boarding passes at the check-in counter on the flight date.
  • Passengers without baggage can proceed directly to the boarding gate with their printed boarding passes.
  • Passengers with baggage must leave their baggage at the check-in counter before the counter’s closing time. Closing time is 45 minutes before departure time for international flights and 30 minutes before departure for domestic flights. <
  • During boarding, only the original boarding pass printed via our web site will be accepted. Faxed and other copies will not be accepted.
  • Passengers who have bought their tickets with a credit card via the internet or our call center must show the credit card through which they have made the payment and a valid picture ID at the boarding gate.
  • Passengers who have not applied for boarding before the boarding ending time (15 minutes before departure) will be offloaded, even if their boarding passes have been produced via the internet.
