1. This campaign has been organized under the permission of Turkish National Lotary Directorate dated 06.11.2006 and numbered B.07.1.MPİ.0.13.00.02-1670-9055
2. This Offer is valid only for Miles& Smiles members. You may enroll to Miles&Smiles through our Turkish Airlines web site before starting payment and ticketing formalities.
3. All booking, payment and ticketing formalities must be completed on www.thy.com.
4. Passengers who choose to make their payments by EFT/Money Transfer and Internet Banking cannot benefit from this offer.
5. Every 100th Miles&Smiles member who purchases and issues their ticket from the Turkish Airlines web site with a credit card (except child and infant tickets) will be credited 15.000 bonus miles. Bonus miles will be credited to the Miles&Smiles member's account after the first segment of the ticket purchased has been flown. Extra bonus miles will be kept in pending status in your account until the first flight from your reservation is flown. Once your first flight is completed, the miles will be automatically activated and added to your total miles.
6. This campaign is limited to 2007 awards.This campaign is valid for three months starting from November, 9 2006.
7. All of the fees and charges concerning this offer will be paid by the passenger.
8. Passengers under 18 years old can not participate to this campaign. Awards for any participants under the age of 18 will not be honoured.
9. Please make sure to present your Miles&Smiles membership number during reservations and check-in in order to avoid missing flights. Please make sure that your name and surname on the reservation record and on Miles&Smiles systems are the same in order for us to credit your miles into your account automatically.
10. Please keep your ticket and boarding cards.
11. In case of the cancellation of the reservation, all rights to participate in this campaign will be lost.
12. Awarded miles are for the sole use of the benefactor, are not transferable and cannot be combined with another account.
13. Awarded miles may not be exchanged for cash equivalents.
14. If, for any reason, miles are not credited for a flight taken, you should contact Product Development Management requesting that the amount be retroactively credited to your account, within 12 months after the flight. Tel; 0212-465 23 02, 444 0 849 Fax: 0212-465 23 06 and 0212-465 23 63.
15. Awarded miles remain valid until the end of the third full callendar year after they were credited to the account.
16. You can claim free tickets for yourself and/or have it issued for your relative or a friend against gained miles.
17. Award tickets are valid for one year after the date of issue.
18. Once the free ticket is issued, refund of the miles and reservation changes are subject to a handling fee.
19. Free tickets cannot be issued open-ended.
20. All free ticket reservations are excluded from this campaign.
21. If there is more than 1 passenger in the PNR of the 100th passenger reservation, the 15.000 bonus miles will be credited to the Miles&Smiles member who purchases the ticket.
