Credit Card Presentation
Credit card presentation is not obliged for Elite Plus, Elite and Classic Plus Miles & Smiles Card members and for Classic Miles & Smiles members who has already earned 10.000 miles or has flown at least 6 (six) flights.
In order to be accepted to the flight , no credit card presentation required in case the credit card holder members have the circumstances given above.
Now, it’s much easier to make your tickets upgrade to higher class!
According to Miles&Smiles program rules Elite and Elite Plus Card holders can have their flight class upgraded to business class at time of check-in by redeeming miles from their Miles&Smiles accounts as soon as there are available seats in business class for the requested flights. As of 09 Jun 2009 last minute upgrade service can be applied also for Classic and Classic Plus members under the same conditions with Elite and Elite Plus members. Furthermore first class last minute upgrade service can be applied for all Miles&Smiles members, Classic,Classic Plus, Elite, and Elite Plus members.
NOTE: Offline stations can not apply last minute upgarde services for Classic and Classic Plus members.Offline stations are listed below.

New application for Miles&Smiles upgrade award!
Miles&Smiles business upgrade class “J” will be changed to “Z” Class as of 29th June on Turkish Airlines flights. You are required to have a valid and paid Economy Class ticket for Y, B, M, K, H, S classes for upgrade to Business Class.

A New Application for Companion Tickets
After 30 April 2009 a new rule will be applied for Miles&Smiles companion tickets. Companion ticket and the paid ticket must be issued for the same route and both passengers should travel together on the first flight of the trip. The return flights can be flown in different dates and the other companion tickets cases are not be issued.
