In order to improve the service quality, provided to our distinguished Miles&Smiles members, only one (1) companion will be allowed to enter the CIP lounges with the Elite or Elite Plus member on Turkish Airlines domestic and international flights. Guest must enter the lounges with the Member and must depart on a Star Alliance member airline, but may travel on a different flight. Presenting the ticket and boarding pass for a same-day Star Alliance flight will be sufficient for the guest in order to enter the CIP lounge with the Member.
 
CIP lounges will be at our Classic Plus members’ service on Turkish Airlines domestic flights for themselves only as of the same date.

On the other hand, Miles&Smiles Elite and Elite Plus card holders will be at liberty to make use of the contracted CIP lounges while traveling on other Star Alliance carriers with one of their guests who is traveling with the member on the same flight.
