General Information

Bahrain placed at the Persian Gulf is an island country. It is connected to Saudi Arabia by King Fahd Causeway. The modernism and history constitute a harmony in the country, as a natural result of a liberal government type and social life. 

The historically significant archeological attractions, the Arab culture, the sea and beach tourism offered by the Persian Gulf has leaded Bahrain to be one of the tourism points of the East.

Being home to the most of country population, Manama carries the trails of the past and the future. The National Museum is the most important highlight of the capital that you should visit. The museum has a rich collection reflecting the long history of Bahrain.  

You encounter religious and historical attractions of great importance in Bahrain. Al-Khamis Mosque is one of the most important and the oldest Islamic monuments of country.     

The historical Royalty Cemetery placed at A’ali Village is striking. Consisting of thousands of graves, this site is one of the best historical sites of Bahrain.
