The Sale of (2) A310-300 Aircraft

Turkish Airlines Inc. is intending to sell two (2) 1989 vintage Airbus A310-300 aircraft with the serial numbers 496 and 497.
Because of the other parties’ requests and the current situation, proposal delivery period for the sales of (2) A310-300 aircrafts with the serial numbers 496 and 497 is extended. The due date of extended-proposal delivery period is 16.03.2009.
The proposals must be delivered to our following address or e-mailed to the following e-mail addresses not later than March 16 2009 at local time 17:00, Istanbul.

The Seller reserves the right to make or cancel the sale or make partial or full sale which Seller deems appropriate and Seller is free to choose appropriate price proposal.
